What's involved

  • Download PHapp® — It's free, on iPhone or Android, and takes a minute to set up. Use it for about a month.
  • Take a 5-minute survey — At the end of the month, tell us what was useful and what wasn't. The first 200 participants earn a $15 gift card.
  • Optional: join a focus group — A friendly, in-person conversation at Mariposa Health Center in Nogales (or in Patagonia). The first 40 participants earn a $30 gift card.
  • Completely voluntary — Take part on your own schedule. This is a program evaluation, not research, and you can stop at any time.

Who can take part

  • Community Health Workers — Promotoras and frontline staff at Mariposa Health Center, CHAC, County HHS, and partner organizations.
